Excellent staff, wonderful dentist, I felt very welcomed and comfortable there. Dr Kristin is amazing!! She talked with me and throughly explained what I needed to know. I a million percent recommend!

Everyone was so friendly & made me feel welcome & comfortable. One of the best dentists offices I’ve been to. They make sure you have everything you need. They don’t take insurance or Medicaid, you have to apply for financing but it’s very affordable!!

Dr. Jones and her entire staff are wonderful! Not only are they thorough and knowledgeable, but they make you feel comfortable and confident in getting all your dental needs cared for. They are very attentive to any concerns whether it be a previously bad experience with other dentists or trepidation regarding pain and sensitivity with your teeth. I'm so happy my family found them and highly recommend them!

From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted to having my teeth cleaned and x-rayed to checking out, every part of my experience went smoothly and was handled professionally. Dr. Jones and her staff are knowledgeable and skilled at dental care. I have always been nervous going to the dentist or orthodontist, but those fears were quickly allayed and I look forward to my next visit. Very clean & sterile facility but most importantly… very knowledgeable and the most friendliest people work there. I was devastated when my original dentist retired and searched for months before finding a dentist who was excepting new patients & also excepted my dental insurance. Dr. Jones & her assistants ended all my worries & researching and is now my new family dentist. I highly recommend this wonderful team! 5 stars just isn’t enough!

I never thought a dentist could earn 5 stars because let’s face it, the dentist is usually an unpleasant experience regardless of how well it goes BUT this place and Dr. Jones are exceptional! All of the staff from Caleb at the front desk to the hygienists in the back and of course, Dr. Jones, are so friendly and accommodating. They truly go out of their way to ensure a positive experience and comfortability which I didn't even know was possible at a dentist office. I highly recommend Sugar Hill Smiles!!!

Best dental visit ever!! Relaxing vibe, caring kind staff! Jasmine did a wonderful cleaning! The office is gorgeous! The dentist is compassionate and friendly! I was so pleased. It is very affordable too!

In the past, I have had more “painful” experiences at the dentist than not but this experience has been nothing but gentle, informative, and pain-free. Dr. Jones has the most calming and attentive manner and all of her staff are welcoming and warm.
